AHHOI IR

IR - Water in-line
The AHHOI System determines the absolute oil humidity by infrared transmitted light technology in lube oils. A determination of water content beneath the specific saturation limit, of free water and of emulsions is possible. It is a low maintenance device and installed in a bypass system. This has no influence to the pipe geometry. For an individually calibration, one fresh oil - and one used oil sample of the installation is necessary. A calibration afterwards is not needed.

Technical Features:
  • Measuring range: 0 - 10000 ppm / 0 - 1.0 vol.% water
  • Operating voltage: 100 - 240 V AC / 50 - 60 Hz, 24 VDC is available on request
  • Pressure – Oil system: 1 - 10 bar,
    pressure – measuring device: 0,8 - 1,5 bar
  • Measuring temperature: 0 - 59 °C

Picture
For a failure-free operation a pressure difference of min. 1 bar abs is necessary which could guarantee by a pressure free recirculation. The measurement chamber could clean frequently with the included flush connections.
