Ultrasonic Cleaning Device
The main reason for using ultrasonic device is the cleaning of difficult to reach engine parts, like valve blocks or filter cartridges. The devices have a high cleaning power for oil and fuel by a combination of ultrasonic, temperature and Cleaner. The ultrasonic cleaning is gentle for surfaces and ideal for separator discs (avoidance of scratches). In comparison with usual chemical cleaning procedures the ultrasonic cleaning is an ecologically friendly method. Furthermore a lower storage capacity is neccessary because the cleaner is concentrated.
Functional principle: Piezoelectric Ultra-Sonic elements produce high-frequency sound waves which generate mechanical energy in the cleaning liquid, causing a "push-pull" effect on the surface of metallic cleaning objects. This "Cavitation"-Effect creates vacuum bubbles which implode on the surface of the cleaning object. While the object stays undamaged, fouling and deposits are removed thoroughly - even from hardly accessible spots.
Function: Regardless of using Ultrasonic Cleaning Tanks or submerging Ultra-Sonic Transducers into existing or customized tanks, a cleaning liquid has to be heated to operation temperature of 60-80°C. Cleaning time depends on degree of fouling, level of U-Sonic Power and the use of proper chemicals in the cleaning liquid.
