U-SONIC GENERATOR with SUBMERSIBLE TRANSDUCER

The ultrasonic generator is connected to a submersible transducer in order to transform electrical energy into mechanical energy. A number of immersible transducers are installed vertically in a cleaning tank and are connected with the generator.

The required quantity of transducers depends on the size of engine parts to be cleaned, respectively the size of the cleaning tank. One generator can operate with up to four transducers. The necessary energy for tank application is 5W/l depending on the tank size. The transducers have to be covered with liquid during the cleaning. They can use for different tanks, but only take out of the liquid when switched off.​

The ultrasonic generator should be cooled by ventilating air sufficiently and the cleaning bath should be heated up to approximately 60°C. To optimize the cleaning time and the result, we advise to fill the tank with water and ENVIROSONIC cleaning fluid.
