Martechnic ® has developed an oil test case for quick oil testing on site . These are easy to use and allow e.g. B. the determination of the water content in lubricating oil and fuel. Other parameters, such as alkalinity reserve, density or the salinity can also be determined directly. As a portable laboratory with extensive electronic analysis equipment, an easy-to-assemble fuel and lubricating oil test cabinet has been designed. Among other things, this includes an electronic combination device for determining the density and viscosity.

FUEL AND LUBRICATING OIL TEST CABINET

A comprehensive assessment of the condition of fuels, lubricating and hydraulic oils can be carried out with the help of a portable laboratory - the FUEL AND LUBRICANT TEST CABINET. Regardless of the oil parameter for checking, the test results can be read and evaluated immediately after the test. Accordingly, the test equipment helps to make effective decisions about oil management and engine system maintenance, including the possibility of extending service intervals.

COOLING WATER AND LUBRICATING OIL TEST CASE

The condition of liquids and lubricants that have been developed for high-performance engines must be monitored regularly due to the high operating temperatures, the high workload and the consequent risk of oil oxidation, corrosion and sludge formation. The COOLING WATER AND LUBRICATING OIL TEST CASE enables a variety of tests to be carried out to determine the water content in oil, the fresh water hardness, the chloride content, the pH value of liquids, the dispersibility of the engine oil, the antifreeze concentration in the engine coolant and the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitors determine. Adequate lubrication, optimal maintenance intervals and reliable protection of engine components can be ensured.
