TEST CASE TEST CASE Martechnic ® has developed an oil test case for quick oil testing on site . These are easy to use and allow e.g. B. the determination of the water content in lubricating oil and fuel. Other parameters, such as alkalinity reserve, density or the salinity can also be determined directly. As a portable laboratory with extensive electronic analysis equipment, an easy-to-assemble fuel and lubricating oil test cabinet has been designed. Among other things, this includes an electronic combination device for determining the density and viscosity. Testing Test Case Sampling Sensors Clean FUEL AND LUBRICATING OIL TEST CABINET For up to 10 different tests A comprehensive assessment of the condition of fuels, lubricating and hydraulic oils can be carried out with the help of a portable laboratory - the FUEL AND LUBRICANT TEST CABINET. Regardless of the oil parameter for checking, the test results can be read and evaluated immediately after the test. Accordingly, the test equipment helps to make effective decisions about oil management and engine system maintenance, including the possibility of extending service intervals. The following test devices are included: V 150 SALZ CHECK V 5108 TWIN CHECK V 310 SPOT SAMPLE CHECK V 232 VISCO DENS PLUS V 200 VISCOSITY COMPARISON TEST V 351 COMPATIBILITY TEST Optional: V 750 FLASH POINT CHECK (contains dangerous goods) V 400 STOCK POINT CHECK FEATURES Measurable parameters Water-in-oil Oil viscosity Oil viscosity and density Salt water contamination Spot test Compatibility test Optional Flash point check Pour point check ADVANTAGES Various tests for a comprehensive oil condition assessment Simple and fast measuring procedures Accurate and efficient test results Prepared for wall mounting Illuminants and work surface are permanently installed COOLING WATER AND LUBRICATING OIL TEST CASE VARIO - cooling water and lubricating oil test case for 8 different tests The condition of liquids and lubricants that have been developed for high-performance engines must be monitored regularly due to the high operating temperatures, the high workload and the consequent risk of oil oxidation, corrosion and sludge formation.
